You’ve heard me say it in the past “I’m an aunt” but what you didn’t hear me say was that I obliged to be an aunt to all of the wonderful minis around me. The beautiful souls and growing minds that I’ve had the opportunity to be blessed with showed me how nurturing I actually am. I love that I get to be a part of their growing lives, thanks to my dear friends. Just recently our family found out that we have that same opportunity, and boy does this kid have a big family to learn and grow from.
On April 12th at 7:32 pm in Pennsylvania, my sister, Courtney welcomed my nephew into the world, making me an AUNTIE! A handsome 8 lbs 13.3 ounces and 20 1/2 inches long, this little boy has already stolen many hearts in this family. Today he has to be around 18 lbs or so, he is a little ham, and we absolutely love all of his coos, and smiles, and even his cries.
I met my cute little nephew that now goes by lil Buddha, because he is just that, a sweet cheeky, adorable smiley, chunky little Buddha. He stole my heart the second I found out about him, but he definitely had my full attention when I got the chance to meet him for the first time a few months back.
Growing up I always looked at my sister as just that, my big sister. I can’t say that I saw her as a mother, because I didn’t think that was part of her ultimate game plan, not that I always knew what her game plans were, but I remember supporting her in all her journeys. Id like to say we were close when we were younger, but honestly we weren’t as close as we are to this day.
Therefore, I don’t know everything, hehe.
She has always been someone who had an input on my life without making it sound like she knew it all. And here she is as one of the most nurturing mothers I know, I feel like she knows it all. She doesn’t make being a mom to little bash a job, or something that has to be done, she does it with such grace and compassion.
She makes you want your own, so you can do it just as well as she does. She finds humor in times when I think I would scream from the roof tops. She truly has that mother glow and it suits her so well. Sebastian is a very lucky little boy and I can see their future being so fulfilled with love and adventures. Welcome to the family little Bash, you are so loved and cherished as a baby, I cant wait to see what the future has in store for all of us.
My momma was the proudest to be able to be there when he was born and cuddle him. She is the best grandma ever.
“PG” Panama Grandpa- My dad has always worn this hat our whole lives and its always reminded us of Panama Jack. So we made it stick with his grandpa status.
My dad got this for Bash, for their first fishing trip. He however will need it in a much bigger size before that time comes.

I love you so much sis!!! Your relationship with the little Buddha will be paramount to his upbringing. He has so much to look forward to, and so many reasons to be thankful for the amazing family he has been born into. Oh the memories we will make 😘💙🙏💪⚓️
